J&M began performing whole house inspections utilizing the "TEAM" concept with three professional and certified inspectors in 1991. Since 1991, the J&M inspection "TEAM" has performed over fifty-five hundred whole house inspections in the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky areas. Utilizing the "TEAM" concept, a whole house inspection is generally performed in approximately two hours. J&M is a Full-Time, Full-Service home inspection company. John Rozmus & Mark Benmayor are A.S.H.I & N.A.H.I certified, Kentucky state licensed home inspectors, and licensed in the State of Ohio to perform Wood Destroying Insect Reports and Radon inspections. The inspectors participate in continuing education programs annually to remain abreast of the continuing changes in the Home Inspection Industry. John Rozmus , Mark Benmayor and Glenn Walker, an Ohio and Kentucky state licensed HVAC technician, bring over forty years of construction, remodeling and HVAC experience to the inspection. The American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc. was formed in 1976 and is the oldest and most recognized professional home inspection organization in North America. Its purpose is to build public awareness of home inspections and to enhance the technical and ethical performance of professional home inspectors through training and continuing education.
The National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. was formed in 1987 to promote the home inspection industry. A N.A.H.I. member is experienced in all phases of home inspections and is required to have continuing education on a yearly basis. N.A.H.I. members meet standards of excellence and follow comprehensive guidelines. Each member is required to follow the strict rules that are stated in the N.A.H.I. Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
